气象观测工作对观测员的素质提出了较高的要求,需要切实加强对气象观测员专业素质和综合能力的培养,使之能够充分胜任岗位工作,更好的服务于人们的生产和生活。本文将对气象观测新形势下观测员应具备的综合技能加以探析,并提出行之有效的培养路径,以期能够大幅度提高气象观测队伍的整体素质,从而为气象观测工作的顺利高效开展奠定坚实的基础。
