摘要
随着我国政府部门行政管理体制改革不断深入,公务员分类管理的推进,社会对政府部门服务质量与效率的要求越来越高。行政执法类公务员作为公务员队伍中最庞大的群体,是政府部门与人民群众之间的桥梁和纽带,直接影响着政府机关的行政效率,决定了人民群众对政府的满意程度。因此,行政执法类公务员培训是提升基层政府应对突发事件的反应速度,有效回应公共诉求的重要途径之一。论文通过对行政执法类部门(上海市松江区市场监督管理部门)培训相关问题进行研究,以期将人民服务的理念落到实处,提供更优质的公共服务。
With the deepening of the reformof the administrative systemof government departments inChina and the promotion of classified management of civil servants,the social demands for quality and efficiency of government services are getting higher and higher.The civil servantsof administrative lawenforcement is the largest group ofcivil servants,and the bridge and link between government departments and the masses of the people,which directly affects the administrative efficiency of the government organs,and determines the satisfaction of themasses to the government.Therefore,the training the civil servants of administrative law enforcement is one of the important ways to improve the response speed of grass-roots governments to emergencies and effectively respond to public demands.The paper studies the problems related to the training of administrative law enforcement departments(the market supervision and management department of Songjiang District,Shanghai),soas toimplement the conceptofpeople's service andprovide betterpublic services.
