摘要
非洲猪瘟(african swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)引起的一种急性、烈性、高度接触性传染病,严重危害着全球养猪业。目前尚无商品化ASFV疫苗用于ASF的防控。传统ASFV疫苗研究存在不同程度的局限性。通过建立ASFV的CRISPR/Cas9基因敲除技术平台,将为非洲猪瘟病毒基因功能研究提供便捷的工具。
African swine fever(ASF)is an acute,intense and highly contagious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),which seriously harms the global pig industry.At present,there is no commercial ASFV vaccine,and there are limitations in the development of traditional ASFV vaccine.The establishment of the CRISPR/Cas9 gene knockout technology platform for African swine fever virus will provide a useful tool of gene function analysis for ASFV.
