摘要
由于特高压工程在全国大规模的建设,其跨越运行电力线路、铁路、高速公路、经济作物及其它障碍物越来越多,张力架线跨越施工越来越困难,严重影响架线的施工安全、施工进度和施工成本,结合锡盟—山东1 000 k V特高压交流输电线路跨越大秦电气化铁路施工工程,对相应的力学强度进行计算分析,并选取确定跨越架高度、架顶宽度、导线风偏、绝缘绳网长度、迪尼玛绳、导线放线垂度等相关参数,针对工程实际情况给出施工过程方法和注意事项,为特高压线路跨越施工提供参考。
At present,with the large-scale construction of UHV project in China,the spans of power lines,railways,highways,industrial crops and other obstacles become more and more frequently,which causing tension across the line to become more and more difficult,seriously affect the safety,schedule and costs of the construction.On this basis,this paper introduces a variety of construction technology of spans across in Ximeng-Shandong 1 000 kV UHV AC transmission line project,and takes associated mechanical calculations and strength analysis,and chooses the crossing height,crossing top width,line conductor swinging;insulation length,line sag and so on,advances the process and safety measures,which will can provid ideas to similar situation for the futur e of UHV construction.
