摘要
探讨国内外建筑能耗相关标准的异同性,分析表明,国外建筑节能标准注重综合评价,给出单项评分标准但又不拘泥于单项指标的约束。我国建筑节能标准采用分类指标清单方式,缺乏变通性和整体权衡。以南京地区典型办公建筑为例,分析比较中美不同标准下办公建筑能耗的差异,提出完善我国建筑能耗标准的思路。
Differences between Chinese and foreign building energy consumption standards were evaluated in the present study.The results indicate that foreign building energy efficiency standards focus on comprehensive evaluation as well as give individual score,whereas are not subject to single index.China’s building energy efficiency standards adopt a list of classification indicators and lack overall energy efficiency tradeoffs.Energy consumption differences between Chinese and the US building energy efficiency standards for a typical office building in Nanjing were analyzed,and also thoughts to improve China’s building energy consumption standards were proposed.
