特征参数分解模型在柔性铰链中的损伤识别

摘要 针对直圆柔性铰链的损伤位置和损伤程度难以准确地进行定量识别的工程难题,基于损伤识别理论,将有限元建模和特征参数分解相结合,提出一种基于特征参数分解模型的直圆柔性铰链损伤定量识别的方法,运用有限元理论对直圆柔性铰链进行有限元模型建立,引入特征参数分解模型对机构进行损伤定量,采用损伤矩阵和损伤向量对柔性铰链进行损伤描述,建立直圆型柔性铰链损伤定量识别模型。结果表明,基于特征参数分解模型的损伤定量识别方法可以较准确地识别出柔性铰链的损伤位置和损伤程度,分析方法对设备维护具有一定的工程指导意义。 To further locate the damage position and damage level in right circular hinges,quantitative damage identification in right circular hinges based on decomposition of characteristic parameters is proposed in the basement of theory of damage identification and the combination of finite model and decomposition of characteristic parameters.A finite model is established and elaboratedaccording to the finite theory,and decomposition of characteristic parameters is introduced as well as damage matrix and damage vector,finally,the model of damage identification for right circular hinges is established.And the results shows that it can be detected accurately through the method of decomposition in characteristic parameters in quantitative damage identification,reference value is provided for the equipment maintenance engineering.
