摘要
针对传统结晶器液位控制方法的滞后性,提出一种全新的液位控制方法—预测控制法。采用137Cs液位计检测结晶器液位变化,计算出预测周期液位变化的速度并预测整个补偿周期液位变化高度。通过补偿装置控制滑动水口来控制中间包流向结晶器的钢水量,全额补偿整个控制周期内液面变化的高度。随后进入下一个控制周期,重复贯穿整个自动补偿阶段。通过Matlab仿真计算得出该预控方法可大幅度地减小因扰动引起的结晶器液位变化,为连铸机安全优质生产提供了新的控制方法。
Aiming at the lag about traditional control method of mold level,this paper presents a novel level control method-predicting control.The 137Cs level gauge is used to test mold level changes,calculating the speed on level change of predicting cycle and forecasting the height about level changes of all compensation cycle.In order to control the flow of steel water from tundish to mold and fully compensate the height of the level changes within all control cycles,the compensation device control slide gate.Then moves to the next control cycle,goes round and runs through the whole automatic compensation phase.Through out the Matlab simulation calculation proving that this predicting control method greatly reduce mold level changes due to the disturbance,which provides a new control method for the safe and quality production of caster.
