摘要
实习生党员教育管理工作是医学院校开展大学生思政教育工作的重要环节。但是由于医学教育的特殊性,医学生实习时间长、实习地点分散、实习医院与高校之间缺乏完善有效的沟通等问题一定程度上影响了实习生党员的教育管理工作,导致不能及时有效地开展党员组织生活,接受党组织的教育、管理、监督等。因此,如何提高对医学院校实习生党员教育管理的工作能力,构建一套行之有效的工作机制,是医学院校党建工作者刻不容缓的重要任务之一。
