摘要
西林瓶又称为钠钙玻璃或硼硅玻璃管制注射剂瓶,是一种采用胶塞封口的瓶子,其主要是应用在医疗领域药物的存放中。因为药物本身的特殊性,其对于瓶子的密封性要求相当高。对此,为了提高西林瓶的密封完整性,以两种不同的真空检测方式原理进行简单描述,并详细介绍关于顶部空气气体分析方法仪器的操作流程和检测结果,为相关工作人员提供理论性参考依据。
the Xilin bottle is also called sodium calcium glass or borosilicate glass control injection bottle.It is a kind of bottle with glue plug sealing,which is mainly used in the storage of medicine in the medical field.Because of the particularity of the drug itself,its sealing requirements for bottles are quite high.In this regard,in order to better improve the seal integrity of the Xilin bottle,this paper briefly describes the principle of two different vacuum detection methods,and introduces the operation flow and test results of the instrument on the analysis of the top air gas analysis method in detail,and provides a theoretical reference for the relevant staff.
