摘要 通过土培试验从野生和栽培的植物中筛选具有吸收重金属Cu、Pb和As的超富集植物。试验考察了Cu、Pb、As胁迫对植物生长指标、植物叶片MDA含量、SOD、CAT及富集特征的影响。结果表明,蓖麻和向日葵属于重金属富集植物,对Cu、Pb和As具有很强的耐受性,可以用于修复Cu、Pb和As污染土壤。 Ultra-enriched plants with heavy metal absorption of Cu,Pb and As were screened from wild and cultivated plants by soil culture.The effects of Cu,Pb,and As stress on plant growth index,MDA content,SOD,CAT and enrichment characteristics of plant leaves were investigated.The results showed that Ricinus communis and Helianthus annuus were heavy metal-enriched plants with strong tolerance to Cu,Pb and As and could be used to remediate Cu,Pb and As contaminated soils.
