摘要
目的:研究湿性敷料联合光子治疗对糖尿病足患者创面愈合质量的影响。方法:纳入70例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组行湿性敷料联合光子治疗,对照组采用常规治疗和干性敷料。记录两组患者创面愈合质量,比较两组治疗前后血清炎性因子情况。结果:治疗后,观察组创面愈合的总体质量显著优于对照组,观察组愈合时间为(30.73±4.19)d显著低于对照组的(34.08±5.93)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肉芽组织胶原纤维及b FGF表达量均较治疗前有所改善,且均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间血清IL-6及TNF-α水平均较治疗前有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组间血清IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:湿性敷料联合光子治疗能提高肉芽组织生长因子表达水平,显著改善糖尿病足创面愈合质量。
Objective To study the effect of wet dressing combined with photon therapy on wound healing of diabetic foot patients.Methods 70 diabetic foot patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random digital table method,35 cases in each group.The observation group received wet dressing and photon therapy,the control group received conventional treatment and dry dressing.The wound healing quality of two groups of diabetic foot patients was recorded,the changes of inflammatory factors in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the overall quality of wound healing in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the healing time in the observation group was(30.73±4.19)d,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(34.08±5.93)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of collagen fibers and bFGF in granulation tissue of the observation group were improved compared with those before treatment,and were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The wet dressing combined with photon therapy can improve the expression level of granulation tissue growth factor,and it can significantly improve the healing quality of diabetic foot wounds.
