冻融循环对埋地管线在盐渍土中腐蚀行为影响的室内模拟试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探清冻融循环过程对管线钢材在盐渍土环境中腐蚀的影响,通过室内模拟试验,采用电化学阻抗谱测试(EIS)技术和极化曲线测试手段研究了不同冻融循环次数下X70钢在NaCl污染砂体系中的电化学腐蚀行为。EIS测试结果表明:污染砂体系的阻抗值会随着冻融次数的增加而降低,降低的主要原因是冻融循环导致了体系电阻R_s及电荷转移电阻R_(ct)的降低;极化曲线测试结果表明线性极化电阻R_p随冻融循环次数的增加而降低。通过室内模拟试验可知污染砂体系的腐蚀性会随着冻融循环次数的增加而提高,即埋地管线在盐渍土中的使用寿命随着冻融循环次数的增加而降低。 In order to figure out the effect of freezing-thawing cycles on the corrosion behavior of pipeline steel in saline soil,the electrochemical corrosion behavior of X70 steel in NaCl contaminated sand under different freezing-thawing cycles was studied by laboratory experiment,EIS technology and polarization curve.The EIS results show that the system impedance will decrease with the increase of the number of freezing-thawing cycle and the main reason is the reduction of solution resistance R s and charge transfer resistance R ct caused by the freeze-thaw cycle;polarization curve results show that the polarization resistance R p increases linearly with the decrease of the number of freezing-thawing cycles,which means the the service life of buried pipelines in saline soil decreases with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles.
