摘要
目的:探讨健康指导员对疗养干部疾病知识、态度与行为的影响。方法:对我院157例疗养干部进行研究,随机分为对照组与观察组,两组均接受基础的健康教育干预,观察组则另外接受健康指导员的综合干预。结果:干预后,观察组各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组各项行为态度评分均优于同期对照组(P<0.05);结论:健康指导员干预对部队疗养人员的疾病康复具有重要的促进作用,值得推广。
Objective:To study the impact of physical fitness instructors'nursing interventions in the recuperators'knowledge,attitude and behaviors.Method:157 convalescent cadres treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups.Both of groups received the fundamental health education.The observation group also received the comprehensive nursing interventions.Result:After intervention,the indexes of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,their attitudes for observation group were better than control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:The intervention of health instructors plays an important role in promoting the rehabilitation of the convalescence personnel of the troops and is worthy of promotion.
