摘要
目的:研究人文关怀应用于老年病病房优质服务护理中的价值效果。方法:选取我院2017年7-12月在我院老年科接受治疗的500例患者(观察组),在优质护理服务中应用人文关怀,与2017年1月-6月在老年科接受治疗的500例患者(对照组)对比,对比两组患者满意度、护理质量评分及患者意外情况发生率。结果:观察组护理满意度及护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者意外发生率显著低于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀是实施优质护理服务的关键因素,明显提高护理工作质量。
Objective:to study the value effect of humanistic care in the quality service nursing of senile ward.Methods:select from December 7,2017 in our old age the treatment of 500 patients(observation group),the application of humanistic care in the quality of nursing service,and in January 2017-June in the treatment of elderly compared 500 patients(control group),compared two groups of patients satisfaction,nursing quality score and the incidence of accidents.Results:the nursing satisfaction and nursing quality score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of accident in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:humanistic care is a key factor in the implementation of quality nursing service,which can improve the quality of nursing work.
