摘要
目的:探讨相应的护理干预对患者在清醒状态下行脑深部电刺激术的影响。方法:对63例能够配合在清醒状态下行脑深部电刺激的帕金森患者进行针对性的护理干预,通过顺畅的团队合作、精准的设备管理、有效的术前访视和专业的术中护理,用以减少患者术中焦虑、增强手术安全性,提高患者满意度。结果:63例患者手术过程顺利,术后恢复良好,患者出院满意度达99%,后期随访未收到不满意反馈。
Objective:To discuss the effect of nursing intervention patients undergoing Deep Brain Stimulation(DBS)surgery in awake state.Method:63 cases of Parkinson’s Disease patients underwent DBS surgery in awake state and they were treated with nursing intervention.Through Smooth teamwork,precise equipment management,effective preoperative interview and professional intraoperative nursing,It can reduce the anxiety during operation,enhance the safety of operation and improve the satisfaction of patients.Results:The procedure was smooth during all the 63 patients,postoperative recovery was good,the satisfaction rate of discharged patients was 99%and no unsatisfied feedback was received from the late follow-up.Conclusion:Nursing intervention has a positive effect on patients undergoing Deep Brain Stimulation surgery in awake state.
