摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在整形外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2015年12月至2017年12月于本院行整形美容外科手术的84例美容者作为此次研究对象,所有美容者随机分为对照组以及研究组,两组分别有42例美容者。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者实施常规护理的同时,实施优质护理干预,对两组患者对我院住院环境、服务态度、操作技能、健康指导水平满意度进行统计学分析研究,比较两组患者手术配合度。结果研究组患者对医院环境、以及医务人员服务态度、操作技能、健康指导水平满意度与对照组相比显著提高,该统计结果具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组主动配合率90.5%,—般配合率7.1%,勉强配合率2.4%;对照组主动配合率66.7%,—般配合率26.2%,勉强配合率7.1%。研究组主动配合率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行外科整容手术的患者实施预见性护理干预,能够明显改善患者心态,加快患者恢复,提高护理满意度,值得临床大力推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in plastic surgery patients.Methods 84 beauty salons from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of cosmetic surgery in our hospital.All the beauty salons were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,and the two groups had 42 cosmetology.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,while the patients in the study group carried out routine nursing,and the quality nursing intervention was carried out.The satisfaction of the two groups of patients to the hospital environment,service attitude,operation function and health guidance level were statistically analyzed,and the coordination degree of hand operation was compared between the two groups.Results the patients’satisfaction with the hospital environment,the service attitude of the medical staff,the operation skills and the health guidance level were significantly higher than those of the control group.The statistical results had significant statistical significance(P<0.05),the active cooperation rate of the study group was 90.5%,the rate of cooperation was 7.1%,the rate of reluctance was 2.4%,the control group was 66.7%,and the rate of coordination was 26.2%,barely matched.The rate of coincidence is 7.1%.The active coordination rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the foreseeable nursing intervention for patients with surgical cosmetic surgery can obviously improve the patient’s mentality,accelerate the recovery of the patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
