摘要
目的观察分析呼气末二氧化碳分压(PetCO2)在急诊儿科危重症救治中的应用价值。方法资料选取2013年5月--2016年5月于我院治疗的78例急诊儿科危重症救治患儿资料进行回顾,所选患儿均采用Drager Evita 2 dura呼吸机,在辅助呼吸后30min、1h、6h、12h、24h抽取挠动脉血进行血气分析,监测PaCO2及PetCO2。结果不同时间点患儿PaCO2和PetCO2有相关性(P<0.05)。结论在多数情况下,急诊儿科危重症救治中应用PetCO2可以监测出PaCO2的动态变化,具有无创性、简便性、连续性等优点,可有效减轻患儿的痛苦,提高急诊抢救效率,但由于机体通气状态及外界多种因素的影响,在必要时需要联合血气分析进行对照,结合进行危重患儿病情变化的评估。
Objective:To observe and analyze the application value of end tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure(PetCO2)in critically ill patients in emergency pediatrics.Methods the data of 78 cases of critically ill patients in emergency pediatrics,May 2013--2016,May--2016 were reviewed.All the children were selected by DragerEvita2dura ventilator.The blood gas analysis was carried out by 30min,1H,6h,12h and 24h after assisted respiration,and PaCO2 and PetCO2 were monitored.Results there was a correlation between PaCO2 and PetCO2 at different time points(P<0.05).Conclusion in most cases,the application of PetCO2 in the treatment of critical illness in emergency pediatrics can monitor the dynamic changes of PaCO2,which has the advantages of noninvasive,simple and continuous.It can effectively reduce the pain of the children and improve the efficiency of emergency rescue.Combined blood gas analysis was carried out to evaluate the changes of critical condition in critically ill children.
