摘要
目的:观察中风下肢偏瘫患者实施中医康复治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法:随机将2015年3月至2017年3月期间收治的88例中风下肢偏瘫患者分为观察组(实施中医康复治疗,n=44)和对照组(实施常规治疗,n=44),对两组患者临床治疗效果,治疗前后偏瘫上肢运动功能评分FMA,神经功能缺损评分NIHSS,日常生活能力评分ADL改善程度进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组治疗后的临床总有效率分别为95.45%和79.55%,P<0.05;观察组FMA评分、NIHSS评分及ADL评分改善程度明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中医康复治疗在中风下肢偏瘫患者中的应用效果显著,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment on stroke patients with lower limb hemiplegia.Methods:88 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients randomly during the period from March 2015 to March 2017 were divided into observation group(TCM rehabilitation therapy,n=44)and control group(routine therapy,n=44),the two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect before and after treatment,the upper limb motor function score FMA,neurological deficit score NIHSS,daily life ability score improvement compared to ADL.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group after treatment were 95.45%and 79.55%,P<0.05;the improvement of FMA score,NIHSS score and ADL score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment in stroke patients with lower extremity hemiplegia application effect is remarkable,it is worth promoting.
