摘要
在工厂工程设计阶段进行信息化系统的顶层规划设计,能够为智能制造新模式工厂的建设奠定坚实的基础,形成整体规划、分步实施、有序推进的建设方案,提高工厂建成后的使用效率,减少建设过程中的浪费。笔者首先对电气传动工厂信息化构架设计进行研究,然后提出了工厂信息化系统设计的方案。
The top-level planning design of informatization system in a plant’s engineering design phase is capable of laying a solid foundation for building new model plants of intelligent manufacturing,forming a construction scheme featured with overall planning,implementation step by step and orderly propulsion,improving the efficiency after the plant is built,and reducing the waste in the construction process.The author first studies the informatization framework design of an electric drive plant,and then puts forward a plan for the design of the plant informatization system.
