摘要
随着社会经济和科学技术不断发展,我国房地产行业发展迅速,为社区居民提供更优质居住环境的同时,对于物业管理水平,尤其现代信息系统的有效应用,提出了更高、更新的要求。信息时代背景下,应用信息系统实施物业管理是物业管理的主要发展趋势和方向,也是智能化、科学化物业管理行业目标科学实现的重要基础。
With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,the real estate industry in China is developing rapidly.While providing better living environment for community residents,it also puts forward higher and newer requirements for the effective application of the property management level,especially the modern information system.Under the background of information age,the application of information system to implement property management is the main development trend and direction of property management,and also the important foundation for the scientific realization of intelligent and scientific property management industry.
