摘要
以江苏省10个低碳经济试点园区为研究对象,本文根据低碳发展理念与目标,选择与低碳园区发展密切相关的14个基础指标,构建江苏省低碳园区评价指标体系进行综合评价。结果表明:江苏省低碳园区评价较好的主要有苏州工业园区、昆山国家高新技术产业开发区、南京江宁经济技术开发区、徐州经济技术开发区等;得分较高的园区具有良好的发展势头,得分较低的园区主要制约因素是清洁能源与低碳技术指标;单位面积的碳排放量是园区之间差异最大的指标,主要原因是由于园区之间的能源消耗和经济发展的不平衡;评价结果为园区今后的低碳建设或改造提供基础,使园区得到健康、持续发展。
According to the low carbon development idea and goal,by taking 10 industrial parks in Jiangsu Province as a object,and choosing 14 indicators related to Low carbon park development,this paper evaluates the low-carbon parks in Jiangsu Province.The result shows:evaluation of better parks are Suzhou Industrial Park,Kunshan National High-tech Park,Nanjing Jiangning economic and Technological Park,Xuzhou economic and Technological Park;the park with a higher score has a good momentum of development,and the lower level of the park's main constraints are clean energy and low carbon technology indicators;the carbon emission per unit area is the biggest difference between the parks,mainly due to the imbalance of energy consumption and economic development between the parks;the evaluation results will provide the foundation for the low carbon construction or transformation of the park in the future,so that the park will develop healthily and continuously.
