摘要
以西安城区居民为例,调查消费者在食品安全问题方面的关注度。调查研究结果表明,食品安全问题是大多数消费者较为关注的热点问题,主要有5个方面食品安全问题关注度较高:(1)食品安全信息。(2)食品安全质量。(3)食品安全事件。(4)转基因食品。(5)不合格食品来源。消费者认为,导致食品安全问题发生的主要原因是厂商利益、执法力度不够、政府监管不力。消费者要从自身认知、厂商自律、政府监管等方面采取措施。
Taking the residents of Xi'an as an example,the consumers'attention on food safety issues was investigated.The results of the survey show that food safety is a hot issue for most consumers.There are five aspects of food safety issues:①food safety information.②food safety quality.③food safety incidents.④genetically modified foods.⑤sources of unqualified food.Consumers believe that the main cause of food safety problems is the interests of manufacturers,insufficient law enforcement,and weak government supervision.Consumers must take measures from their own perceptions,vendor self-discipline,and government regulation.
