摘要
本文分析了气垫带式输送机物料压力分布的计算原理,根据土压力理论导出了气垫带式物料压力分布的计算式,通过DEM仿真给出了压力分布,与水压力计算方法进行了比较。证明土压力计算方法与水压力计算方法都可以满足计算精度的要求。为气垫带式输送机风机的选择提供了理论基础。
This paper presented the calculation principle of the bulk solid load on the air cushion belt conveyor.The calculation formula of the pressure distribution of the bulk solid is derived by the earth pressure theory,the result is compared to the simulation undertaken using the DEM and to the water pressure calculation method.Both the earth pressure method and the water pressure method can meet the requirements of calculation accuracy.It provides a theoretical basis for the selection of aircushion belt conveyor fan.
