摘要
目的:探讨分析幼儿营养状况对幼儿生长发育的影响。方法:选择2017年1月至2017年12月在合作医院儿科门诊就诊随诊的幼儿100例为研究对象,根据目前常用的身高别体质量(WHZ)评分法,评估全部幼儿的营养状态情况,根据智力量表(MDI)和运动量表(PDI)评估全部幼儿的生长发育情况,并对其相关性进行分析总结。结果:全部100例幼儿其中膳食营养状况WHZ评分消瘦21例、正常45例、肥胖34例。根据智力量表(MDI)和运动量表(PDI)的相关评分与WHZ评分的分析可见,营养状况为消瘦、肥胖的幼儿其智力量表(MDI)和运动量表(PDI)的评分明显低于WHZ评分正常的幼儿,其间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:幼儿生长发育情况与其营养状况具有明显的相关性,良好的营养状况可以促进幼儿的正常生长发育。因此,在幼儿的日常饮食中,需要根据幼儿营养状况及生长发育情况合理调整膳食结构,促进儿童健康成长。
Objective:To analyze the effects of nutritional status of young children on the growth and development of young children.Methods:100 children with follow-up visits from the pediatric outpatient clinic of the cooperative hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.Evaluate the nutritional status of all young children based on the commonly used height and body weight(WHZ)score,the growth and development of all young children were evaluated according to the Intelligence Scale(MDI)and the Exercise Scale(PDI),and their correlations were analyzed and summarized.Results:Among the 100 children,the dietary nutrition status of the WHZ score was 21 cases of wasting,45 cases of normal,and 34 cases of obesity.Analysis of related scores and WHZ scores according to the Intelligence Scale(MDI)and the Sports Scale(PDI),the children whose nutritional status was weight loss and obesity had significantly lower scores on the Intelligence Scale(MDI)and Exercise Scale(PDI)than those with normal WHZ scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a clear correlation between the growth and development of young children and their nutritional status.Good nutritional status can promote the normal growth and development of young children.Therefore,in the daily diet of young children,it is necessary to rationally adjust the dietary structure according to the nutritional status and growth and development of young children,and promote the healthy growth of children.
