新建本科院校食品类专业毕业论文改革探索

摘要 本文对新建本科院校食品类专业毕业论文存在的问题,包括本科生自身原因,指导教师原因,毕业论文经费投入、实验设备、场地、实验人员不足,毕业论文时间安排不合理及缺乏有效的管理监督机制5个方面进行了阐述,并从以科研项目驱动和科研导师为依托的本科毕业论文指导,全程培养学生论文意识,建立全面、合理的毕业论文评价体系及高质量的开题,指导教师应加强自身的学术修养和责任意识等方面对提高毕业论文质量的改革措施进行探索,以期为新建本科院校食品类专业毕业论文质量的提高提供有益借鉴。 This paper was concerned about the problems existing in graduation thesis of food specialty in newly-built undergraduate colleges,including undergraduate students'own reasons,the reasons of guidance teachers,the investment of graduation thesis,experimental equipment,the site,shortage of experimenters,etc.The reform measures to improve the quality of graduation thesis were put forward from the following aspects:The guidance of undergraduate thesis based on scientific research project driving and scientific research tutor,the cultivation of students’thesis consciousness,the establishment of comprehensive and reasonable graduation thesis evaluation system and the high-quality opening of thesis,and the strengthening of teachers’academic accomplishment and responsibility consciousness.In order to provide a useful reference for the improvement of the quality of graduation thesis of food specialty in newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities.
