摘要
2018年是中国改革开放40周年,40年间中国改革发展取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就,与此同时中国所保持的长期稳定也广受国际社会称道。中国改革的开展迫于发展的需求,中国发展成就的取得缘于改革的持续,而中国改革发展的深入则基于国家社会的长期稳定。可以说发展是需求,改革是常态,稳定是基础,但是纵览世界各国,能处理好这三者关系的则少之又少。中国身为世界上最大的社会主义国家和最大的发展中国家,正确把握了改革、发展、稳定三者之间的关系,显示出了巨大的中国智慧。
The year 2018 is the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up.During the 40 years of China’s reform and development,great achievements have been made that attract worldwide attention.At the same time,the long-term stability of China has also been widely praised by the international community.China’s reform is driven by the need for development.The achievement of China’s development is due to the continuity of the reform,while the deepening of China’s reform and development is based on the long-term stability of the national society.It can be said that the development is the demand,the reform is normal and the stability is the foundation.However,it is rare to have a survey of the countries in the world that can handle these three relationships.China as the world’s largest socialist country and the largest developing country correctly grasp the relationship between the three parties of the reform,development and stability,showing tremendous wisdom in China.
