摘要
医院外联业务集成平台是医院对外业务的集成服务管理系统,文章针对南京军区南京总医院的实际情况,分析了研发外联业务平台的难点问题,完整地提出了外联业务平台的设计模型及平台技术架构,并研发和应用了医院外联业务集成平台。实际应用表明,采用文章所介绍的医院外联业务集成平台后,实现了医院多入口、多渠道、多方式、多系统的外联业务的统一管理,有效提高了医院的服务管理效率。
The hospital extranet business integration platform was the integrated service management system of hospital external business.According to the actual situation in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command,PLA,the article analyzed the difficult problems of developing extranet service platform and put forward the design model and technology architecture of the extranet business platform completely.Furthermore,the hospital extranet business integration platform was developed and put into practice.The practical application showed that the unified management of multi-entry,multi-channel,multi-mode and multi-system extranet business were realized by using this extranet integration platform in the hospital,and the efficiency of hospital service management was improved effectively.
