摘要
在伦理学领域,德性伦理学至今已成为与规范伦理学(以功利论和义务论伦理学为代表)鼎足而立的思想主流之一。西方德性伦理学在当代以"反叛"开始复兴的背景决定了其更多的是通过寻找与规范伦理学相异乃至相反的特征来展现自身,自此这两大阵营之间就演绎着一场持久而激烈的学术论战。笔者主要从三个发展阶段对国外当代德性伦理学与规范伦理学论争的研究文献进行系统的检视和评论,同时对现有研究存在的不足进行全面的剖析,最后提出未来的研究展望,以期为后续的研究提供参考和帮助。
In the field of ethics,virtue ethics has become one of the mainstream thoughts of normative ethics(represented by utilitarianism and obligation ethics).The western virtue ethics in the contemporary era has revived from“rebellion”,which exhibits itself more by looking for different or even opposite characteristics from normative ethics.Since then,there has been a long and fierce academic debate between the two camps.The article makes a systematic review and comment on the research literature on the controversy between contemporary virtue ethics and normative ethics in three stages of development.At the same time,it makes a comprehensive analysis on the shortcomings of the existing research.Finally,the future research prospect is put forward in order to provide reference and help for further research.
