汽车中联板零件侧边孔加工工艺

摘要 现代机械设备零部件中不规则盘类零件形状各异,形式多样,生产加工过程中存在一定难度。如何快速高效率的生产,一直是加工过程中需要解决的难题。为了解决此类难题,以汽车中联板零件加工为例,设计了一种组合机床自动化生产加工工艺。从零件的加工过程入手,通过实践验证其性能稳定,方便快捷,极大地提高了生产效率、减少了操作者的劳动强度,具有较强的实用价值。 Irregular disc parts in modern machinery equipment parts are different in shape and in forms and have production and there is a certain degree of difficulty in processing process.How to produce quickly and efficiently has always been a difficult problem to be solved.In order to solve this kind of problem,a kind of automatic production and processing technology of combined machine tool is designed,taking automobile processing of joint plate parts.Starting from the machining process of the parts,it is proved by practice that its performance is stable,convenient and fast,greatly improves the production efficiency,reduces the labor intensity of the operator,and has strong practical value.
