常规蒸汽-除湿联合干燥实木地板坯料的能耗分析

摘要 木材常规蒸汽干燥需要消耗大量的热能,且大部分在排湿过程中散失,能源浪费严重。通过在常规干燥窑内增加除湿设备,利用蒸汽-除湿联合的方式,采用蒸汽升温、前期连续除湿、中期间歇除湿、后期正常干燥的工艺基准进行批量生产试验,以检验节能效果。试验结果表明,蒸汽-除湿联合干燥可以降低能源消耗60%以上。 Conventional drying of wood consumes a lot of heat energy and most of the energy is discharged through ventilation,which results in serious energy waste.A trial production experiment was carried out with dehumidification in a conventional dry kiln.The experimental results showed that energy consumption for the combined drying could be reduced by 60%,compared to conventional drying.
