摘要
陶瓷在颜色、质感、肌理等方面有着其他材料无法达到的工艺效果,并具有良好的物理、化学特性,近年被作为一种新兴材料应用于手机工业设计中。本文基于陶瓷材料在手机颜色、材料、表面处理工艺(CMF)设计中的应用实践,通过案例进行分析,阐述陶瓷在手机CMF设计中能够有效提升产品外观、性能与设计效率,并且节约生产成本,延长产品使用寿命,提升产品附加值与市场竞争力。
In recent years,ceramics has been widely used in the industrial design of cell phones,because of its incomparable color,quality and texture and excellent physical and chemical properties.This paper provides a case study for the application of ceramics in CMF design of cell phones in which it’s pointed out that in the CMF design of cell phones ceramics can effectively improve the appearance of the products,their performance and design efficiency,save their production cost,enhance their durability and increase their added value and market competitiveness.
