摘要 产业技术范式转变是一国发展方式转变、经济结构优化、增长动力转换的关键与核心,其内涵与范式、技术范式概念之间不存在包含关系。技术范式指称的对象是技术本身,而产业技术范式的指称对象则是技术与产业之间的作用关系。从历次产业革命演化视角出发,借助生物隐喻的方法,先后形成了以"深度-广度"模式为结构、以往复过程为实现机理的"单细胞膨胀观",以"硬核-保护带"为结构、以协同进化为实现机理的"精卵融合观",以及以"共时性-历时性"为结构、以忘却性学习为实现机理的"种群迭代观"。不同产业技术范式之间既有替代关系,又有包容关系;既有不可逆性,又有路径依赖特征;既有累积性和渐进性,又有阶跃性,因而上述3种主张难以对其全面兼顾。"长河"结构有效解决了这一矛盾,更具有诠释力,有助于理论发展,并为发展中国家产业决策提供参考。 The shifting of Industrial Technology Paradigms is the key and essential part to reform the development mode,optimize the industrial structure and transfer the economic engine for one country.Its concept is not being part of Paradigm or even Technological Paradigm.Technologial Paradigm is mainly related to technology-self or technology regime,while Industrial Technology Paradigm stresses the interaction between technology regime and industrial sectors.With biological metaphors,the studies on the industrial revolutions shaped three views:cell-expanding(CE),sperm-egg-mating(SEM),population-iterating(PI).CE explains the evoluting way is in depth-width dimentionally and to and fro dynamically.SEM assumes each Industrial Technology Paradigm contains a hard core&protective belt,which coevolves with each other.PI explores it in two aspects,diachronic and synchronic,and announces the way is Learning-by-Forgetting.To solve the contradictions generated from the above,such as substitution and inheritance,irreversibility and path-relatedness,incrementality and rupture etc.The Long-River Mode(LRM)is proposed.LRM has a better understanding and stronger explanatory power for Industrial Technology Paradigm,so as to help make a difference in policy decision-making for developing countries.
