管道流体测量无线无源LC谐振式传感技术研究

摘要 针对管道内流体测量需求,提出基于LC无线无源谐振式传感技术的测量方法。在绝缘管道外表面设计螺旋型的电容和电感,构成非接触式的流体测量LC传感器,LC谐振频率反映流体参数变化。相比常规的电容式传感技术,LC传感器能实现无源无线测试,可用于非实时性流体检测。对水平式管道内水气两相流,进行了静态的模拟测量,实验表明在直径10 mm的亚克力管道内,随着水相含率从10%增加到100%,传感器谐振频率变化15.51 MHz。 The wireless passive LC resonant sensor is proposed for the fluid measurement in pipeline.Helical capacitor and inductor are designed on the surface of an insulated pipe to constitute a non?contact fluid measurement LC sensor and the LC res?onant frequency indicates the changes of fluid parameters.Compared to the conventional capacitance sensor,LC sensor can achieve the passive and wireless measurement and be used for that non?real?time flow detection.A static measurement was implemented for the horizontal two?phase flow.The experiment results show that the resonant frequency change of 15.51 MHz was obtained for the different water fraction from 10%to 100%in a glass tube of diameter of 10 mm.
