摘要
天然气管道的安全是保障国家能源供给的关键问题,而腐蚀是威胁管道安全的主要原因,针对靖西二线天然气管道的腐蚀问题,根据笔者的现场工作经验,首先对腐蚀出现的原因进行全方面的探讨,根据腐蚀出现的原因,提出有效的防腐措施,为延长该条管道的寿命奠定基础。研究表明:靖西二线天然气管道出现腐蚀问题的原因有四点,分别是土壤条件太差、阴极保护失效、杂散电流干扰以及天然气自身性质,管道管理公司应采取改善阴极保护装置、增设排流装置、做好清管工作以及改善管道喷涂技术四方面的措施,降低管道的腐蚀速率。
The safety of natural gas pipelines is a key issue to ensure the national energy supply.Corrosion is the main reason that threatens pipeline safety.According to the author’s field work experience,the corrosion of the secondline gas pipeline in Jingxi is firstly carried out.Exploring,according to the cause of corrosion,put forward effective anticorrosion measures to lay the foundation for extending the life of the pipeline.The research shows that there are four reasons for the corrosion problem in the Jingxi second-line natural gas pipeline,which are poor soil conditions,cathodic protection failure,stray current interference and the nature of natural gas.Pipeline management companies should adopt improved cathodic protection devices and additional drainage.The device,the cleaning work and the improvement of the pipeline spraying technology measures to reduce the corrosion rate of the pipeline
