摘要
目的:探讨中药三联疗法治疗急性期痛风的临床疗效。方法:对本院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的86例急性期痛风患者资料加以分析,随机分为两组,每组43例;对照组行常规药物治疗,试验组行中药三联疗法治疗,比对两组治疗前后VAS评分变化及实验室指标水平变化情况。结果:试验组治疗后VAS评分(2.64±1.12)分比对照组(4.25±2.11)分低(P<0.05);试验组治疗后CRP(14.66±2.75)mg/L、ESR(36.41±1.26)mm/h及UA(445.36±54.08)μmol/L均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:急性期痛风行中药三联疗法治疗可取得确切疗效,有效减轻患者关节疼痛,并降低炎症水平,促进血沉、血尿酸恢复,可被临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM triple therapy on acute gout.Methods:86 patients with acute gout treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were analyzed and randomly divided into two groups(with 43 cases in each group).The control group received conventional drug therapy.The experimental group received triple therapy.The changes of VAS scores and laboratory indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS score(2.64±1.12)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.25±2.11)(P<0.05);the CRP in the experimental group was 14.66±2.75 mg/L,the ESR was 36.41±1.26,mm/h and UA was(445.36±54.08)μmol/L,which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM triple therapy could achieve the exact effect in treating acute pain of acute gout,it could effectively reduce joint pain,reduce inflammation and promote erythrocyte sedimentation rate,blood uric acid recovery,which could be clinically promoted and applied.
