摘要
面对愈演愈烈的跨国犯罪问题与安全合作治理需要,国际警务合作日益成为我国深化执法安全国际合作、共建安全治理体系的重要载体。基于国际法视角,我国推进国际警务合作存在深厚的法理动因,遭致诸多障碍因素的制约挑战,同时也面临着广阔的发展路径。
Facing with fiercer transnational crimes and more security cooperation governance needs,international police cooperation has increasingly become an important carrier for china to deepen international cooperation in law enforcement and security and jointly build a safety management system.Based on international law,there are deep legal reasons for promoting international police cooperation in China,which is challenged by many obstacles,and at the same time,it also faces a broad development path.
