摘要
海洋地质调查工作区域位置数据具有一定的安全保密性,需要建立内部管理的远程监控系统。海洋地质调查远程监控系统采用北斗卫星定位通信技术和无线网络技术,实现了对海洋地质调查船舶以及离船作业人员的实时定位和轨迹监控、作业人员之间的双向信息通信、紧急呼救与应急保障。充分利用北斗短报文通信功能,通过软硬件研发与集成、北斗数据传输仪的研制,实现船舶环境数据的采集、发送,以及正确接收和模拟动画展示,实时掌握船舶运行数据,提高海上地质调查作业管理和安全保障水平、突发事件应急处置能力,保障海洋地质调查工作者生命财产安全及海洋地质调查工作顺利进行。
It is necessary to establish a remote monitoring system of the internal management because the position data of marine geological survey work has a certain security confidentiality.The Beidou satellite positioning communication technology and wireless network technology are used in the remote monitoring system of marine geological survey to realize the real-time positioning and trajectory monitoring for the marine geological survey ships and operating staff away the ship,two-way information communication between operating staff,emergency call and emergency safeguard.By making full use of Beidou short message communication function,the software and hardware are developed and integrated,and the Beidou data transmission instrument is developed to realize the collection,sending and correct receiving of ship environmental data,and simulation of animation display,master the ship running data in real time,improve the working management,safety guarantee level and emergency disposal ability of marine geological survey,safeguard the life and property security of the marine geological survey workers,and maintain the successful operation of marine geological survey work.
