摘要
改革开放以来,我国文化体制改革大致经历了探索、全面展开和全面深化三个阶段。在中共中央的科学决策和正确领导下,文化管理体制机制不断完善,文化领域的治理体系和治理能力现代化水平有很大提升,四大体系建设取得显著成效,国家文化软实力和中华文化影响力显著增强。实践表明,坚持解放和发展文化生产力的辩证统一,坚持文化发展战略和经济社会发展全局的辩证统一,坚持文化强国战略和世界文明发展趋势的辩证统一,坚持文化理论创新和文化实践创新的辩证统一,是文化体制改革的基本经验。
Since the reform and opening-up,China’s cultural system reform has gone through three stages:exploration,all-round development and comprehensive deepening.Under the scientific decision-making and the correct leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the institution and mechanism of cultural management had been perfected,the governance system in culture field and the modernization level of Chinese culture had been greatly improved,the construction of the four major systems had achieved remarkable results,and the national cultural soft power and the influence of the Chinese culture had been greatly enhanced.The practice showed that adhering to the dialectical unity of emancipation and the development of cultural productive forces,adhering to the dialectical unity of the strategy of cultural development and the overall situation of economic and social development,adhering to the dialectical unity of the strategy of cultural power and the development trend of world civilization and adhering to the dialectical unity of cultural theory innovation and cultural practice innovation were the basic experience for cultural system reform.
