不同浓度甲哌鎓对葡萄二次成花的影响 被引量:4

Effects of different concentrations of mepiquat chloride on grape's second crop

摘要 以黄玫瑰、黑玫瑰、夏黑为材料,研究不同浓度甲哌鎓(施药倍数为0、750、375倍)和甲哌鎓施用量(每667 m^2施0、40、80 g)对葡萄二次成花的影响。结果表明:各品种葡萄每条主梢的二次花数、副梢结果枝数随着甲哌鎓施用量的增大而增大。甲哌鎓对葡萄二次果形成有促进作用,用250 g/L甲哌鎓375倍液处理能显著提高葡萄结果枝率和每条主梢的花序数。使用250 g/L甲哌鎓375倍液处理后的夏黑、黄玫瑰和黑玫瑰的结果枝率分别为61.52%、91.11%、50.44%。使用250 g/L甲哌鎓375倍液处理后的夏黑、黄玫瑰和黑玫瑰的每条主梢的花序数分别为1.60、2.04、1.04。黄玫瑰和夏黑对不同浓度甲哌鎓的施用较敏感,生产上建议使用黄玫瑰和夏黑作材料,采用人工打顶和化学封顶相结合的方法,进行广东地区葡萄的一年两收栽培。 Effects of different concentrations(Drug multiplier was 0,750 and 375 times)and the application amount per 667 m2(0,40,80 g)of mepiquat chloride on grape’s second crop were studied with summer black,yellow rose and black rose grape.Result showed that the second flowers of each grape variety and the number of fruiting branches on grape side shoot enlarge as the application amount per 667 m^2 of mepiquat chloride enlarge Mepiquat chloride has a promoting effect on grape’s second crop,and the treatment with 250 g/L mepiquat chloride 375 times can increase the rate of fruiting branch and flowers on each branch significantly.The fruiting branches of summer black,yellow rose and black rose are 61.52%,91.11%and 50.44%respectively after using 250 g/L mepiquat chloride 375 times.The second flowers on each branch of summer black,yellow rose and black rose are1.60,2.04,1.04 respectively after using 250 g/L mepiquat chloride 375 times.Yellow rose and summer black are sensitive to different concentrations mepiquat chloride.It is suggested that using yellow rose and summer black as materials,and artificial topping combining chemistry topping to form a year of two harvest cultivation of grapes in Guangdong.
