摘要
目的:观察口服健宝灵片联合刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将我院门诊98例厌食症患儿随机分为两组,对照组46例给予健宝灵片口服治疗,治疗组52例给予健宝灵片口服并联合刺四缝穴治疗,4周为一个疗程,总疗程为8~12周。结果:治疗组与对照组临床总有效率分别为96.15%、76.09%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿在精神、食欲、食量、体重以及大便性状等观察指标改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健宝灵片口服联合点刺四缝穴对小儿厌食症可起到协同治疗作用,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Jianbaoling tablets(健宝灵片)with acupuncture at Sifeng point(四缝穴)on infantile anorexia.Methods:98 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given the Jianbaoling tablets.The treatment group was given acupuncture at Sifeng point more,4 weeks as a course.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group and the control group was 96.15%and 76.09%respectively(P<0.05).The improvement of mental,appetite,body weight and defecation in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jianbaoling tablets with acupuncture was effective on infantile anorexia,and is worthy of clinical application.
