摘要
目的:探讨社区糖尿病患者糖尿病眼病患病率、血糖控制及两者之间的关系。方法:对680例社区糖尿病患者进行筛查。结果:糖尿病眼病患病率为15.37%,不同糖尿病眼病患者比较,重度糖尿病视网膜病变患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白的平均值较其他眼病病变患者明显偏高。结论:马陆社区糖尿病眼病患病率较高,血糖控制水平对眼病的病变程度有一定的影响。
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of diabetic ophthalmopathy,blood glucose control and the relationship between them in community diabetic patients.Methods:680 community diabetic patients were screened.Results:The prevalence rate of diabetic ophthalmopathy was 15.37%.The average value of fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in patients with severe diabetic retinopathy was significantly higher than those of other patients with other ophthalmopathy.Conclusion:The prevalence of diabetic ophthalmopathy is low in Malu community,the level of blood sugar control has a certain effect on the degree of ocular disease.
