摘要
目的:探讨健康体检人群甲状腺疾病检出率。方法:选择体检健康者341 072例,分析甲状腺疾病检查率特征和相关因素。结果:甲状腺疾病检出率,男性为37.53%,女性为62.47%,并且女性甲状腺疾病患者伴有子宫肌瘤和乳腺增生病。医务人员检出率为51.33%,高校教师检出率为60.12%。甲状腺结节检出率为38.33%,不同年龄组甲状腺疾病检出率不同。结论:随着年龄的增长甲状腺疾病检出率也逐渐增高,女性患病率显著高于男性,甲状腺疾病高发群体为医务人员和高校教师,甲状腺结节患病率最高。
Objective:To explore the detection rate of thyroid disease in people with health examination.Methods:341072 individuals with health examination were selected,we analyzed the characteristics of thyroid disease examination rate and related factors.Results:The detection rate of thyroid diseases in males was 37.53%,the females was 62.47%,in addition,female patients with thyroid diseases were accompanied by uterine fibroids and hyperplasia of mammary glands.The detection rate of medical personnel was 51.33%,and the detection rate of university teachers was 60.12%.The detection rate of thyroid nodules was 38.33%,the detection rates of thyroid diseases in different age groups were different.Conclusion:With the increase of age,the detection rate of thyroid diseases was also increased,the prevalence rate of women was significantly higher than that of men,medical staff and university teachers were high incidence groups of thyroid diseases,the prevalence of thyroid nodules was the highest.
