摘要
目的:探讨穴位注射联合穴位敷贴治疗妊娠恶阻的疗效。方法:收治妊娠恶阻患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。对照组仅给予补液支持治疗,治疗组在此基础上予穴位注射和穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗10 d后,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组恶心、呕吐缓解时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组尿酮体值均较治疗前下降,但治疗组在治疗第5天和第10天尿酮体积分较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射联合穴位敷贴治疗妊娠恶阻疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acupoint injection combined with acupoint application in the treatment of fetal distress.Methods:70 cases of pregnant women with severe resistance were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was only given fluid replacement support treatment,and the treatment group was given acupuncture point injection and acupoint application on the basis of this treatment.Results:After 10 days treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of the nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of urine ketone bodies in the treatment group were lower than those before the treatment,but the score of the urine ketone body in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05)in the treatment group at the 5 days and the 10 days.Conclusion:Acupoint injection combined with acupoint application is effective in the treatment of pregnancy induced resistance.
