摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理方案在预防新生儿NCPAP所致鼻损伤中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年6月-2015年6月使用NCPAP而未进行集束化护理方案的60例患儿作为对照组,将2015年6月-2016年6月收治使用NCPAP采用集束化护理方案的患儿60例作为观察组,结合实际情况制定集束化护理方案。观察两组患儿鼻损伤发生率。结果:自采取集束化护理方案后患儿鼻损伤的发生率较前明显下降。结论:采用集束化护理方案可以有效地降低NCPAP患儿鼻损伤的发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of cluster nursing program in preventing nasal injury caused by neonatal NCPAP.Methods:Combination with the actual situation,a cluster nursing plan was developed.60 cases of children with NCPAP were treated with cluster nursing,and the incidence of nasal injury was observed.Results:The incidence of nasal injury in children was significantly lower than that before.Conclusion:Cluster nursing program can effectively reduce the incidence of nasal injury in children with NCPAP.
