摘要
党的十九大提出"坚持和发展什么样的中国特色社会主义、怎样坚持和发展中国特色社会主义",深刻认识这个重大时代课题具有重要意义。改革开放40年过程中,党中央先后四次用"什么"和"怎样"的表达句式,对发展进程中的重大课题进行了提炼和揭示。"重大时代课题"与三个"基本问题"既是补充和丰富的延伸关系,又具有覆盖和提升的超越意义。坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深化和丰富共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律的认识,应对国内外形势深刻变动的挑战和风险,坚定中国特色社会主义道路、理论、制度、文化自信,胜利完成新时代中国共产党的历史使命,再创中国特色社会主义事业新辉煌,必须深刻把握"重大时代课题"。
The 19th National Congress of the CPC proposed that“persisting and developing what kind of socialism with Chinese characteristics”and“how to adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristicsv are of great significance to deeply understand the subject of this major epoch.In the 40 years of reform and opening-up,the Party Central Committee used“what”and“how“to express the sentence patterns four times,refined and revealed the major issues in the development process,the subject of major epoch“and three basic questions“are not only the extension of supplement and enrichment,but also the surpassing meaning of covering and promoting.We must have a deep grasp of“the major epoch subjects”when adhering to taking XI Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guide,deepening and enriching the ruling law of the CPC,socialist construction law and the law of Human society development,responding to the challenges and risks of profound changes at home and abroad,insisting on the theory,system and cultural self-confidence of taking the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,completing the historical mission of the CPC in the new era,and creating the refulgence of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics again.
