摘要 采用模块化多电平换流器结构的铁路功率调节器对牵引供电系统中存在的无功、负序、谐波等电能质量问题进行治理。首先对V/v牵引供电系统中负序、无功、谐波等电能质量问题进行了分析,提出了比例复数积分控制方式。通过对比分析比例复数积分控制与不同控制策略的稳态误差以及频域特性,得出比例复数积分控制器在目标频率处有无穷大增益,并达到零稳态误差的控制效果,从理论上说明了该控制器的优良控制性能,能对牵引供电系统的电能质量起到综合治理的效果。最后在Matlab/Simulink中搭建模块化多电平换流器结构的铁路功率调节器的仿真模型,模拟牵引变压器左右两端供电臂上负载不平衡的工况进行仿真分析,通过仿真证明了所提出的控制方式的有效性。 A railway static power conditioner with a modular multilevel converter structure(MMC-RPC)is used to solve the power quality problems in a traction power supply system,such as negative sequence,reactive power,and harmonics.First,these power quality problems in a V/v traction power supply system are analyzed,and a complex proportional integral(PCI)control mode is presented.Then,through the comparison and analysis of the steady-state error and the frequency-domain characteristics under PCI control and other control strategies,it can be concluded that the PCI controller can have infinite gain at the target frequency,and achieve the control effect with zero steady-state error.In this way,the excellent control performance of this controller is illustrated theoretically,indicating that it can realize an integrated management effect for the power quality of the traction power supply system.Finally,a simulation model of MMC-RPC is built in Matlab/Simulink,and the working condition of load imbalance on the left-and right-side power supply arms of the traction transformer is simulated,proving the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
