摘要
以针对取力发电系统设计的盘式无铁心永磁发电机为研究对象,基于仿真平台建立仿真模型,通过电磁场组件仿算了电机的温升来源,在稳态温度场组件中得到了电机自然散热条件下的温度场分布状况,并针对机壳散热系数的变化进行了对比分析。引入机壳水冷结构,优化冷却方式,结合流体场组件仿真分析了水冷条件下对电机温升的改善,为进一步研究打下基础。
The disc type coreless permanent generator using in the engine driven generator system was studied,simulation model was built in the simulation platform,source of temperature rise was calculated in the electromagnetic field simulation component,distribution of temperature field was got in the steady state temperature field component under the condition of natural cooling,and comparison and analysis was done in different heat transfer coefficients of the generator shell.The cooling method was optimized with the water cooling structure of the generator shell,and the generator temperature rise was analyzed in fluid field component,which could lay the foundation for the further study.
