摘要
利用C语言作为编程工具开发的航空气象观测报文编发软件(特殊报版),在虹桥和浦东机场气象观测台业务试运行稳定。该软件通过对机场自动气象观测系统数据进行实时监控,收集航空气象观测业务中的关键气象要素(包括风、跑道视程、温度、气压和云高)并进行处理,实现特殊天气报告的自动编发和报文检索功能,可以为观测员在对内通报过程中提供技术支持,有效地保障了航行安全,提高了对场内用户的通报效率。同时该软件可移植到其他机场使用,具有可推广性。
Developed by C language,the meteorological terminal aviation weather report software(special report version)runs stably at Hongqiao and Pudong airport.Through to the realtime supervisory of airport AWOS data,the software can collect and process the key meteorological data of aeronautical meteorological observation(including wind,RVR,temperature,pressure and cloud base).Achieving the function of automatically report editing and retrieval,the software can provide technical support for observer to report controller,and guarantee flight safety efficiently.Ported to airports technically,the system can provide technical support for the air traffic controllers and weather observer.
