摘要
为提高某型导弹发射单元机动作战伴随保障能力,提出一种基于AHP和熵权法的伴随保障能力综合评估方法。根据某型导弹发射单元机动作战任务,分析各阶段伴随保障任务的特点和需求,构建评估指标体系,运用AHP和熵权相结合的方法计算各指标的综合权重,并依据建立的指标体系,运用熵权评估法对某型导弹发射单元机动作战伴随保障能力进行评估,有效解决了伴随保障能力研究中评估指标不明确、缺少客观性等问题。结果表明:该评估指标合理有效,评估方法能够为提高某型导弹机动作战伴随保障能力提供科学的理论决策依据。
In order to improve the accompanying support capability of a certain missile launching unit in mobile operations,a comprehensive evaluation method based on the AHP method and the entropy method is proposed.According to the operational task of the accompanying support of the certain missile launching unit in mobile operations,the characteristics and requirements of the support task at each stage are analyzed.Then,the ability indexes system is established,the comprehensive weight of each index is calculated by means of AHP and entropy weight method.According to index system,use entropy evaluation method to evaluate the accompanying support capability of a certain missile launching unit in mobile operations.Solve the problems of uncertainty evaluation index and the lack of objectivity.The results show that the index system proposed in this paper is reasonable and effective,and the evaluation method provide a scientific theoretical basis for improving the accompanying support capability of a certain missile in mobile operations.
