摘要
针对我国RTK接收机检定规程CH/T 8018-2009的缺陷,首先介绍了CH/T 8018-2009规定的检定方法和精度表达方式,然后从测量仪器检定规程起草的基本规定出发,分析研究了CH/T 8018-2009存在缺陷的原因。以一套RTK接收机作为实验样机,在某基线场上分别按照CH/T 8018-2009及ISO 17123-8规定的方法对其进行了检定。检定结果表明:CH/T8018-2009判定该套H32为不合格;ISO 17123-8判定该套H32为合格。因此,建议国家有关部门在充分调研国外现行标准的基础上,对CH/T 8018-2009进行修订,以满足仪器生产厂家及生产作业单位检定RTK接收机的需求。
For solving the problem that RTK receiver verification cannot be completed correctly according to the verification regulation CH/T 8018-2009,the defects of the regulation are probed based on the basic provisions for the drafting of the verification regulation of measuring instruments.A set of RTK receiver H32,as an experiment example,is verified according to the verification regulations CH/T 8018-2009 and ISO 17123-8 respectively.The results indicate that the set of RTK receiver H32 is acceptable by CH/T 8018-2009,and not acceptable by ISO 17123-8.
